This class is rooted in CrossFit principles-constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity and features high-intensity functional movements that challenge all aspects of fitness. From Olympic lifts to gymnastics-inspired moves, workouts are constantly varied, engaging, and results-driven. Ideal for participants looking to build foundational strength and fitness. This class promotes a supportive community atmosphere where everyone pushes their limits and celebrates progress.

Adaptive CrossFit


This is an inclusive, high-energy CrossFit program designed specifically for adaptive athletes. This class offers a supportive environment where modifications and personalized coaching empower every athlete to reach their highest potential. With functional movements, tailored equipment setups, and adaptive routines, participants of all abilities can challenge themselves in a safe, inspiring atmosphere. Expect a blend of high-intensity exercises, skill-building, and community support that captures the heart of CrossFit while honoring each individual’s unique strengths and needs. Amputees, those with extreme range of motion limitations. Those with MS, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Autoimmune limitations or otherwise are encouraged to give our adaptive CrossFit a try

Sculpt

Sculpt is a LADIES ONLY program designed specifically for those who need a little extra accountability. This is a full complete program with Nutrition counseling, body composition testing and more.
-Rapidly Losing Weight and are concerned about Muscle Loss
-Concerned about Loose Saggy Skin
-Wish to regulate Hormones

Balance & Movement Warriors (BMW)

This program is for those who have limited balance and coordination due to stroke or other physical disabilities. We focus on regaining balance and coordination through brain training, resistance training and specialized equipment use.

Military Readiness Training (MRT)

Military Readiness Training is designed for those seeking to join one of the military branches. We provide training specifically designed to help you complete all physical qualifications for PT testing and beyond. Many of our members have military backgrounds. In addition our staff and extended support staff also have military backgrounds to offer guidance

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
