I am pleased to announce a date for our long awaited Workshop YOGA/MOBILITY FOR CROSSFITTERS and other POWER ATHLETES scheduled for Saturday JULY 30TH and presented by our own Yogini Valarie.
This will be for members and NON members alike so please spread the word as space is limited. Yoga and Mobility focus is much needed and underutilized with most of us. Lets reclaim our Mobility thru focus on healing those pesky aches and pains we acquire while CrossFitting!

Do 1 Burpee then 1 dead lift, do 2 burpees then 2 deadlifts, do 3 burpees then 3 deadlifts……..for 15 mins
