Our Mission at CrossFit ICONZ is to SET YOU FREE: PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY using CrossFit as our Method. We believe in the CrossFit mantra of creating a fit community by helping and inspiring individuals to realize their fitness and health potential through excellent coaching, building community trust and educating our clients.We succeed when you succeed! We believe that a healthy and fit lifestyle truly is the foundation to achieving ones goals whether in the gym and outside of the gym and CrossFit is a tool that we believe is used to create longevity.

MEET OUR COACHES
Coach Keefa has been coaching CrossFit for three plus years…. holds her level 1 certification, Olympic Lifting certification, Kettlebell Cert, Gymnastics Cert as well as her CrossFit Kids cert. Having practiced martial arts for 10 years, taught group X classes at a well known Globo gym, She brings much experience to ICONZ. Coach Jerome transitioned from ISSA certification and acquired his CrossFit level one certification. Why the switch? “It dawned on me that not everyone will train to be an elite athlete, but everyone can benefit from elite training.My hope is that I can pass along to the entire Crossfit community what CrossFit has given to me: an improved quality of life, vibrant health, and highly improved fitness level. Coach Meghan holds her CF Level 1 and Ignite Neuromotive Coach Certification As well as CrossFit Mobility Certification. As a NICU nurse taking care of us is second nature.
