Our Mission at CrossFit ICONZ is to SET YOU FREE: PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY using CrossFit as our Method.  We believe in the CrossFit mantra of creating a fit community by helping and inspiring individuals to realize their fitness and health potential through excellent coaching, building community trust and educating our clients.We succeed when you succeed!  We believe that a healthy and fit lifestyle truly is the foundation to achieving ones goals whether in the gym and outside of the gym and CrossFit is a tool that we believe is used to create longevity.


We appreciate every opportunity that we have been given and believe that it is our responsibility to share this gift of CrossFit with our entire community!



Coach Keefa

Coach Keefa


Coach Keefa has been coaching CrossFit for four plus years and is the owner of CrossFit ICONZ. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 Certification, Olympic Lifting Certification, Kettlebell Cert, Gymnastics Cert as well as her CrossFit Kids cert. Having practiced martial arts for 10 years, taught group X classes at a well known Globo gym, She brings much experience to ICONZ.  In addition she has been a personal trainer for the past 10 years. Coach Meghan Simon


Coach Meghan  Simon holds her CrossFit Level 1 and Ignite Neuromotive Coach Certification As well as CrossFit Mobility Certification.   She coaches CrossFit, CrossFit Kettlebell and Crossfit Mobility.  As a NICU nurse, taking care of us is second nature.






Coach Marcus Lindquist

Coach Marcus Lindquist


Coach Marcus Lindquist holds his CrossFit Level 1 Certification.  He is passionate about Olympic lifting and has begun competing in several CrossFit competitions in the Southeast.  He’s one to watch as a future Regionals Athlete!







Coach Heather Hoffman




Coach Heather Hoffman coaches CrossFit, CrossFit Mobility and Relaxation Yoga and Meditation.  She encourages agility as well as strength.

Coach Cam Sixt



Coach Cam Sixt coaches CrossFit and is passionate about endurance.  He thrives on building fast athletes.
